• The person should have minimum 3-7 years of experience in US IT staffing and Recruitment Industry.
• Person should have good understanding of W2, OPT, C2C, Permanent placements and good communication skills.
• Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensations, US Visa / employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
• Sourcing from various Job Portals Viz. (Supplier List, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn).
• Good experience in working on W2 Contract, Corp 2 Corp, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
