To provide end to end technical support for Indian Customers through calls.
• Knowledge of OS (XP, Win 8, Win 10) & Standard Application
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, installation, configuration.
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems and Microsoft office products (MS office 2007,
• Basic Networking knowledge.
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
• Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Assist & respond to technical and customer queries.
2) Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool.
3) Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered.
