We are looking for Order Management Software(OMS)
It is remote and more than 6-12 months duration

JOB DESCRIBTION:

Qualifications:
· 7+ years of techno-functional or product management or business analysis experience in Retail/Dropship/Omnichannel implementation of a mid to large size organization/s.
· 3+ years of experience with writing SQLs in oracle DB or similar transactional DB.
· 3+ years of experience of supporting drop ship and/or order management applications for a retail organization.
· 2+ years of functional (or technical) exposure to IBM Sterling order management or similar suite.
· Should have a working knowledge with at-least 2 of the support tools e.g., ELK/Splunk/App D/JIRA/SNOW etc.

Job duties

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and partnering with business stakeholders, IT leadership, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure business continuity and stability of the order management and related peripheral applications functionalities pertaining to dropship functional area
Managing day-to-day support operations, prioritization of issues, assignments, scheduling, training, career development, and knowledge management and ensuring we are meeting our customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Prioritize, document, implement work arounds and track issues via service now tickets
Developing and maintaining a strong and real-time feedback loop with the development teams to alert on and implement fixes for issues that could be avoided through better design, coding, or monitoring.
Flexibility to work in a shift based support structure
Applying technology and automation to improve monitoring, alerting, and issue resolution.
